Entire staff was super nice from the get-go on my first visit. The doctor was an absolute joy and truly wanted to know my history, which paid off because he's the first one to tell me that some of my nearsightedness is dry eyes due to my job and hobbies. He recommended a regimen that is already paying off. Afterward I was nervous to select glasses because most of them are behind cases, and I'm super picky even though I have no true idea what I want (I just try 'em on and know if it's yay/nay). The staff member who helped me was super nice and patient, and seemed to have no issue with my cryptic feedback. I expected annoyance when returning to the case to grab more, but was met with kind tolerance instead. We found a pair I'm happy with and they were ready weeks before I was expecting them. Overall a much better experience than I could've hoped for having just moved to the area, and I'd recommend Buena Vista to anyone.
